HELPING MARYLAND ACHIEVE ITS CLEAN ENERGY AMBITION
Following the passage of the historic Climate Solutions Now Act, which accelerates Maryland's decarbonization policies in both the power and transportation sectors, Maryland is well positioned to be a national leader in advanced energy. This progress has been made possible due to coordinated efforts by policymakers, advocates and leaders from within the clean energy sector. Now, Advanced Energy United is working with many of those same leaders to ensure that Maryland builds on its recent momentum and passes the necessary policies to achieve the lofty clean energy goals the state has set for itself. This includes critical work around transmission and interconnection, offshore wind development, and making Maryland a clean energy manufacturing leader.
