Expanding Advanced Energy Markets in Florida
Florida has the potential to lead the nation in the deployment of clean energy and electric vehicles. Already, there are more than 162,000 people employed in the industry across the Sunshine State. Realizing this potential and growing the industry will require embracing federal investments in clean energy and electric transportation, new policies enabling private investment in infrastructure, and a strategy for scaling these technologies.
Advanced Energy United is focused on helping to secure this progress for Florida. Our team is engaging with decision makers at the local, state, and federal level to educate them on the benefits of these investments. We advocate for the policies needed to enable this progress in the statehouse and at the Public Service Commission.
OUR POLICY PLATFORM

- Delivering American made energy to Florida's families by ensuring Florida's utilities invest in clean, renewable energy.
- Making electric transportation a reality in all communities by building out the state's charging infrastructure via smart spending of federal infrastructure funds.
