Matt Boms, Executive Director of Texas Advanced Energy Business Alliance (United’s state affiliate), will be moderating the “Aggregating DERs in ERCOT: Lessons from the ADER Pilot Program and What Other Markets Can Learn” panel, which will explore how Texas’ ERCOT grid has become a proving ground for distributed energy resource (DER) aggregation and what policy, regulatory, and operational insights are transferable to other regions. Amy Heart, United Board Chair and Vice President of Sunrun, a United member company, will be one of the panel’s featured speakers.
