Kelsey Koenig

Kelsey Koenig is a member of the Expanding Wholesale Market team at Advanced Energy United, working on engagement with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and Regional Transmission Operators (RTOS). Prior to joining United, she worked with Consolidated Edison focusing on natural gas rate cases and long-term gas planning, and with the Institute for Energy and the Environment at Vermont Law and Graduate School on offshore wind procurement contracts.
