ERCOT Market Summit

ERCOT Market Summit will provide a deep dive into how clean energy developers are adjusting their strategies in the face of federal headwinds, the impacts of regulatory and market rule changes on grid reliability, and load forecasting for new AI data centers and large flexible loads.

Matt Boms, Executive Director of Texas Advanced Energy Business Alliance (TAEBA), will participate in the “Data Centers and Other Large Loads in ERCOT: Meeting Interconnection, Grid Integration, and Reliability Needs” panel. The panel will examine how ERCOT can reliably integrate a fast-growing wave of hyperscale data centers and other large, often flexible loads by addressing interconnection challenges, reliability risks, sustainability goals, onsite power constraints, and the market signals and partnerships needed to support new clean firm generation and grid-enhancing infrastructure.
