Morgan Urich serves as the Policy and Campaigns Principal at Counterspark, a c4 organization started by Advanced Energy United. Morgan works across policy, research, and communications to distill complex policy and legislation into public-facing advocacy and education materials that support campaign strategy and build support for clean energy. Prior to joining United, Morgan worked at the USDA International Climate Hub, leading development of climate-focused data tools and dashboards. She also worked at the International Nitrogen Network (iN-Net) on the UN’s Global Partnership for Nutrient Management where she supported work to inform international nutrient management policy and planning.
