Emma Heins

Emma Heins leads Advanced Energy United’s legislative and coalition-building work in Wisconsin. She partners with policymakers, businesses, and advocate coalitions to promote ambitious clean energy policy agendas in the state legislature and regulatory field. Prior to joining United, Emma was a policy manager with the Electrification Coalition, where she led legislative efforts promoting policies that accelerated the speed of electric vehicle adoption and charging infrastructure deployment.
