Janeen Said is responsible for recruitment at Advanced Energy United, from identifying talent to working with and advising managers on the hiring process, to ensuring a quality experience for candidates and managers alike. Janeen knows first-hand that the candidate experience is a critical piece to bringing in and retaining talent. Janeen has provided consulting in the areas of talent acquisition and talent development to public and private sector clients and possesses over two decades of recruitment experience with six years of campus practice. Her recruitment program was recognized by the Office of the Secretary of the Department of Transportation and was awarded “Most Innovative Program.” Janeen is a people-focused HR practitioner.
