Crystal Ciszek serves as the point of contact for Insight Engine™, our legislative and regulatory tracking software. Crystal works closely with the development and sales teams providing Insight Engine™ onboardings and tutorials, answering user questions about the tool, and troubleshooting account issues. She also analyzes user data to ensure that customers are receiving maximum value from the product. Prior to working at United, Crystal served at the point of contact for several organizations, including iMentor, an education non-profit, WillScot Mobile Mini, a for-profit mobile office and storage solutions company, as well as a nationally recognized affordable housing consulting firm.
