Trish Demeter

Trish Demeter oversees Advanced Energy United’s legislative strategy and campaign work across the country. Trish works with United’s state and regional teams to develop and deploy advocacy strategies to advance and defend advanced energy policies. Trish’s 20 years of experience encompass work on climate and energy policy, state legislative advocacy, government affairs, and issue advocacy campaigns. Prior to joining United, Trish served as the Chief of Staff at the Ohio Environmental Council, as a political consultant for candidacy and ballot issue campaigns, as a policy analyst in the Ohio Senate, and as Deputy Director of External Affairs for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
