Shawn Kelly

Shawn Kelly oversees Advanced Energy United’s regulatory engagement in the Eastern region of the United States with a focus on advancing and defending renewable energy and energy efficiency policies at public utility commissions and other executive-level state agencies. Prior to joining United, Shawn served as SunPower’s Manager of Research & Analysis, responsible for quantitative support for clean energy policies. Shawn has over 20 years of experience in utility regulation, including working for utility commissions and utilities and consulting on behalf of public advocates and regulators.
