Emma Heins leads Advanced Energy United’s legislative and coalition-building work in Wisconsin. She partners with policymakers, businesses, and advocate coalitions to promote ambitious policy agendas in the state legislature and regulatory field to transition to an advanced energy economy. Prior to joining United, Emma was a policy manager with the Electrification Coalition, where she led legislative efforts promoting policies that accelerated the speed of EV adoption and charging infrastructure deployment.
