Heather O’Neill

Heather O’Neill is President and CEO of Advanced Energy United, a multi-technology industry association representing the spectrum of advanced energy solutions from large-scale to grid-edge. Since helping to found United in 2011, Heather has held several leadership positions at the organization, with a focus on building partnerships and scaling engagement with state and regional decision-makers.

Heather has spent her career helping build and grow mission-driven organizations. Before joining United, Heather established and led the clean energy and environment portfolio at the Robertson Foundation, a $1 billion family philanthropy. Previously, she was Director of Public Affairs for a women’s health pharmaceutical startup company. In addition to her work with United, Heather sits on the board of directors for Climate Action Reserve.
